kimpton is a clean and modern hotel located conveniently between the village and outlets. the complimentary wine and cheese hour from 5-6 pm was a delightful touch. front office manager jennifer went above and beyond to help me print an email, which really stood out to me. guests love how the hotel lets you focus on your activities during your visit.

Check-out was a bit of a shambles. I had to lug my bags down myself since no staff was around to help, and I was waddling like a penguin being pregnant! The hotel looked fab, but the staff availability was lacking.
